I realize I have to do my part for my health and well-being. People can wish it for me and it will change nothing unless I'm proactive for me! I have gained weight and have not gotten my checkup as planned for June. I will do as I did before for optimal results and better breast health. I have started back on my exercise plans and have set goals for a big success. I WANNA LIVE & BE HEALTHY WHILE I'M HERE ON EARTH! GOOD NIGHT & BE THE PERSON YOU WANT TO MEET. ;-)
