Vegan Raw Foodism

I have read several books and visited several web sites on vegetarian raw food diets! I have been vegetarian myself for over 15 years and I have done several juice fasts, lent, the Daniel Fast which is veggies and water and raw dieting; which is fruits and veggies uncooked! Several cancer patients have their bodies of cancer in 6 months and less. I personally know one young lady who rid herself of cervical cancer cells in this time frame. Who knows how many times I may have done this to myself; rid my body of cancer cells being consistant with my dietary or spiritual goals. This time I was a bit different and did Weight Watchers last Summer; processed foods and lots of SPLENDA and other toxins. All I know is Iam ready to reach optimal health no cancer at all! Well today is day ONE! I NEED TO LOSE 50 to 60lbs with lean muscle on my 5' 3" frame not fatty weight, for a preventive measure against cancer living off my mind body and soul! Today is day 1 for me and I was just 170 lbs, now after just 3 weeks Iam up in the 180's but not for long. Going down to the 130's to 140 lbs or whatever the Lord see fit for his daughter!
